Sometimes it's location, location, location... Then there are the realistic times when it's agent, agent, agent !!!! Terry was the best, she handled our property expertly and without any problems. We were out of town property owners, Terry took care of us/our property like it was her personal home.. Terry was always positive and genuinely cared for our circumstances. If I had real estate I needed to sell or needed someone to help me buy, Terry Jackson is the ONLY person who's services I would recommend..

My husband and I used Terry to purchase a vacation home on Tybee Island that closed in August of 2013. Terry is a wonderful realtor, and helped us navigate some frustrating transactions. Terry not only lives on the island, but she grew up there, and the first thing she offered us was a personal tour to help us understand the area better. The first home we attempted to purchase was a short sale, and while that bid was ultimately unsuccessful Terry helped us understand the short sale process and answered all of our questions. Eventually she helped us find the perfect property. She was our realtor for 6+ months, so I feel qualified to tell you that Terry is prompt to answer every email, text, or phone call. She also really listens to what you are looking for in a property. She didn't waste our time, but showed us exactly the properties that we were looking for and within our budget. She is kind, down to earth, and great with my 4 year old who was often real estate shopping with us. She spent a considerable amount of time helping me get utilities and local trade people to work on my new house. She has even checked up with us several times post closing to see if we had any questions about finding things on Tybee. I cannot say enough to recommend Terry Jackson with Prudential Southeast Coastal Properties to anybody looking for property in the coastal Savannah area. Thanks Terry!
